FALL SESSIONS

SKILLS

Lots of opportunity and touches will be spent with Head Coaches, Ambrose University Players and Guest Coaches giving your athlete the most opportunity for development of all Volleyball skills.

TEAM CHEMISTRY

Much of success of any team is Chemistry and Team Building, these sessions will give us key moments to integrate these elements with Teammates to ensure a successful and enjoyable season.

ROTATIONS

As these athletes begin to launch into new levels and skill sets in Club volleyball, these sessions will allow us to take the time and discussion neccisary not only to develop in new volleyball rotations, but to understand and grasp the importance of what is required in each offensive and defenseive setup.

GAME PLAY

The best teacher is expereince and touches, and these 5 weeks will give us ample opportunity to have direct Game Play with our Team and possibly face ome outside competition to increase development and preperation.
